In the first image using the panels shown for flexibly distributing space. Formed by offices and workshop. The idea of the micro perforation of these panels, is based on the different lighting in the space gradients. Recreating a quiet and inspiring atmosphere inside. The context in which the project operates is adjacent to Paseo de la Castellana. This is an intervention inside an existing building. As seen in section the structure is left, and space is transformed by 4 strategies: -First, flexibility. -Second, double elevation. -Third, internal microclimates. -Fourth, roof promenade
